Well I found a site where you can convert an image to Minecraft material. You can change the amount of blocks, the type of blocks, and save the image. The link is right here http://thinkminecraft.com/. What I love is that it already converts the image to the various Minecraft blocks and that you can make it so that there's only blocks that available in Minecraft classic. This will definitely help me with huge pixel art projects in the future!  You can also simply convert text for making titles in Minecraft or whatever haha.

So, I've noticed that the list of Minecraft Classic servers has been updated, which was really nice. But when I tried to join the Opticraft server, I got an error. I thought it was just my wifi messing up but I tried several more times and I still wasn't able to join. And now the whole Minecraft site is giving me a 500 Internal Server Error. Is anyone else getting this, or is it just a small temporary bug I'm experiencing?

Being a fan of this classic, I wanted to build a 3D Crash Bandicoot. I'm happy with my results except for the arms, which look a bit short.  But it still looks like him!

I enjoy calligraphy so I decided to make my name all fancy like this. The "Zombie" part has Zombie-like colors while the "Shredder" part has a blade-like look to it. Enjoy!

I've made numerous Kingdom Hearts sprites, the Newgrounds logo, the red Angry Bird, the Taco Bell logo, a passenger airplane, a UFO with an abduction beam included, a giant guitar, a giant bottle of Coke, a giant Portal turret, and a temple-like building connected to another building by a bridge over a lake. I have a tip for those wanting to make any kind of image into a sprite. I'm sure there's other ways but I found it easy to open the image into paint and then open the Image Resize box. You should be able to choose the resize by pixel. With this, shrink the image to about 1/4th of its size. For example, if the image it 800 pixels by 400 pixels, resize it to 200x100. The other variable (horizontal or vertical) will change based on your input. Finally, zoom in so the new image is nice and big to see the individual pixels. I hope this was helpful for some people! It certainly will be for me!

There you go, Soul. This one was a little more tricky with color choice since I'm only limited to so many colors and since it's a block per pixel, I cant blend them.

This was probably the longest I've spent on a creation. At first I was concerned that it might be to tall but I was plenty of room. Because of the AK-47 in the way i had to get a picture at a weird angle. Hope you like it. I enjoy making sprites because I have something to model off of.

I felt like upping the ante a bit by doing something big and three dimensional. Sure I did a big plane and a UFO, but it just doesn't cut it. After this big project, hopefully I can create something that'll get me to recruit. I have a guitar cord plugged in that leads down to the other end on the ground.  Side view  The headstock, tuning pegs, etc.  All of the fancy knobs and doodads. xD  Top view. (I had to use WoM to go beyond the clouds because the guitar is so big. )
