See this for the Mojang bug report, something to do with MobDisguise + CraftBukkit (And can't be reproduced on vanilla SMP).

I'm going to assume it's something to do with MobDisguise being configured for 1.6.4, and us using an unstable semi-upgraded version of Spigot (1.6.4 version forced to run on 1.7.2). If this continues after the upgrade to a full version of Bukkit/Spigot (Aka.  when a recommended build version is released), please let us know.

Obviously I'm not Optic, but I can't see a solution to this problem save disabling Mob Disguises for now. However, I could be missing something.

I thought it might have been this too having seen this thread (http://dev.bukkit.org/bukkit-plugins/protocollib/forum/59533-could-not-cast-entity-pig-to-entity-player/) on the bukkit forums. I tried some different things with Nick but nothing was happening. However, seeing as this is the only explanation (other than Spigot currently being unstable as it is) it can't hurt to try and disable it until it updates to try and stop it for now.

I don't have access to  MobDisguise. I've never donated for this.
