Title: mob farm in inappropriate place

who built the mob farm as i am currently building here and it is not exactly hard to notice

Ask a mod for help ingame, I believe that is grief/trolling since they built directly below you.  A mod might be kind enough to roll it back if you ask nicely.

after and this was resolved in game
