Title: Project Page of *Vault 102* (based from Vault 101) [Work In Progress]

Ok I'm building
                                
Vault 102
a Vault a made up using the Vault system from Fallout 3 hidden somewhere underground.  It is based off of Vault 101.  If you do not know what Fallout 3 is--or specifically Vault 101 , here are the links.  Also, no this is not a vault where you store valuable items. Just to clear, if any, confusion.  I will add an official project community page with pics, explanations of what Vault 101 is, and applications after completion.  This page is just information for donations and ideas and suggestions.

I'm scrapping the idea of building Space Colony Ark.  It's too big and contains a lot of rooms and stages.  So Vault 101 it is.

I've played fallout 3 before, and I think it would be pretty impressive. Looking forward to seeing it! I might, be able to help you supply some material layin around in my chests

Below, you can see the partially excavated area at my home.  The door is locked but of course as a mod you can open it.

Edit: donation chest is now there at my home!

EDIT: I am done with the vault door I just need to put a little more redstone stuff then the vault door will be completed!

(Sorry for double posting as I am on my phone). Update: I have received many generous donations, thanks you guys!  The vault door is 100% completed.  Please donate anything you can, it doesn't have to be strictly from the list. Now some others and I will be working on the interior of the Vault.  I'm glad to see this project is going well so far! :-)

I got almost a whole stack of slime and I'm not on too much these days as I'm trying to learn how to use opengl libraries to make 3d applications, go to my home and look for the chest with your name on it, i put some slime and other goodies in there for the vault 101 thing :)

also, if it's somewhere accessible, you can have a pair of villagers for the vault from me when you are ready.

Update:  I am already done with the entrance, guard base, and two generators area(refer to blueprints)
Donations of Iron Blocks are gravely needed to finish and complete the generators. I will post screenshots when I have time!

He fnv, I just found a much simpler video on how to make that 3x3 door, and I'll start on it once I get home from school tomorrow, I might know the first couple of steps, since I made it at my spleef.

I'm in desprate need for iron ingots and blocks to complete the generators and create more iron doors.  I have another project planned after this one so the more you donate, the more I can get done.

I have enough iron ignots for now.  I am getting some great progress.  I am now working on the atrium and refer to the donation list on the first page.  I've just decided to not go with a sticky piston vault door but an iron door that I can open with a lever from far away.  
Here's the quick list of items I need the most:
Redstone lamps (for lights above in the celing)
Sticky  pistons  (about 6 or more for the overseer's secret tunnel, entrance in the overseer's office and exit in the main entrance, all concealed)

-Expanded my /home area so players won't get confused
-The donation chest is now a double chest with signs above it
-Please donate redstone lamps, glowstone, and stone slabs

*I see my topic has many views but I'm not getting much help from the viewers. I would appriciate if you would donate at least something in the donation chests that doesn't have to be listed, thanks  :)  I have recieved generous donations from players ingame, thanks for that also :)

Well I see ecorrigall got LOTS of donations but fewer views than mine and I don't get as much as hers.  It makes me wonder she's getting the multitude of doantions because she is a moderator, and some people might think "If I help the mod, I will get trusted! :D"  Maybe it will help if I post pics...also just donate wood or something if you want.

iron
redstone/lamps
slime balls

Yea I see now, I wasn't focused to realize that...but players did donate a lot yesterday.  It's unlikey for my project to get protection and I don't even need slimballs anymore...I got to edit that.

Please look at the poll! :)

Goals: Replace all the walls with stone bricks if the "stone brick" option gets the most votes (even if it doesn't I might go with it anyway, MAYBE)
-Once the Vault is completed I will add different ranks for the people of the Vault and applications

Ideas
-a special money donation or a special "task" can get you access to the places the Overseer has access to (overseer's office, secret tunnel, excavate an area in the Vault for personal use, more to come)

I've recieved MANY generous donations toward the project. The biggest ones I got were 4 stacks of iron blocks  and 4 Diamond protection stones from Chief149 and 10,000  from OgMolton. It is obvious people want the walls to be made of stone bricks, so I will be locking the poll when I get settled at home.  As for Vault 101 I have completed the Overseer's office and tunnel that connects to the main entrance.  I will start to work on the residental wings, the cafeteria, and the lower level.  I will need donations of stone bricks, also thank you for the people that have donated recently, please continue.

I need help to successfully help complete Vault 101. I was thinking of having an application of you guys to fill out or just people that have played Fallout 3 that can really help me out with it.  I've had some people help with minor things, but I need to get major parts completed.  If anyone wants to help, post, send me a PM on the forums/ingame, or just do anything to get my attention.  Hopefully I find some help soon.  I think Vault 101 might be close to finishing, hopefully I can speed up the process somehow.


EDIT: Since no one wants to help, I will continue on by myself then...

I have gotten to the point where I can make plots!
Plot details (for now):
10 10x10 plots
5 15x15 plots
3 Luxury rooms (unknown dimensions)
1 Presidental room (maybe)

I would like donations of stone bricks and stone slabs because I am starting to run low.

I have many late pictures to post on here and I have implemented some more secrets as well.  I know this has been a very slow project, but some days I am busy.  Also, I am considering renaming it Vault 102, since I have added my own designs and rooms.
