Im planning to build a huge sky city with a glass surface above the ground, there will be a tower serving as a path to sky city, soon afterwards, we will add more stuff to it.

And will this have its own zone?
If not, will it look ugly from below and cause great shadows across the land for others trying to build? I understand why the glass thing to stop shadow, but the buildings will not be made of glass. Also, if a griefer destroyes a few blocks near the stairs, won't many people fall and get very annoyed?
Sorry to be critical, its a great idea :) i just do not know if you have finished planning totally yet :)

Sounds like an ambitious project.  Are you a guest rank maliceprince123?  Because if you are and you build on the current guest world, prepare for your project to get griefed like crazy! (especially if it's gonna be big). 

I suggest you build it in an older guest world like guest94. (obviously most guests and griefers will be in the current guest world aka guest95)  But you'll need to be quick because I think Opticalza (the owner) only keeps the last 5 guest worlds available.  So currently there's current guest world (guest95), guest94, guest93, guest92, and guest91.  Good luck!  ;)
