Sorry about the earlier one thought that recruit= no rank...

Thanks to some awesome modding all my creations are gone + all that I made in addition (bridges,road,tunnels,etc.)

No need for a recruit application.

Normally you just contact an operator in-game and show them your work.

I will promote you to recruit.
Although being moved to rejected.
