The hot toast will go further if you throw it.
DO you know why? Because the bread has air inside because of the refrigerator.
When you tost it, it becomes water and in a way, it makes one the bread, the meat and the cheese.
So, its more stable as a food.
If you throw it fresh, then it wil seperate itself from the ingredients.
The tosted one, will remain one, and it will go further.

Did I asnwer your question?

I don't think it's much of a difference, moving faster is just how fast the molecules "shake" (how much friction the molecules have with other molecules), which causes the heat.

I have a more logical answer:

Hot toast will go further, as its too hot to hold, therefore you throw it up quicker, and with more force, than the cold toast.

The speed of something is determined by it's weight, force, and resistance. I think heating it will minimize it's weight, and increase the resistance (Since it will be floppier?)

At least that's my hypothesis, If you'd like, get some cold toast, some warm toast, and heated toast, and find a way to propel them all (with equal strength) and test which type goes further. You must also throw each kind at least 3 times just so you get accurate results :P

But I doubt you'd do that :P

Well it all depends on how you throw it. Of course, the force of the throw is the biggest factor. Also, if you are throwing toasted bread, then it will be harder than regular bread, as it is, well, toasted. If you throw it in any way, it will flip over and over and slow down because of air resistance and fall. However, if you throw it like a Frisbee, it will fly pretty much like a Frisbee, and will go further than normal bread, as normal bread will just flop around in mid-air.
