Reason for application: Well ... when i get back from school, at about 3 o'clock the chat is just being spammed with 'soandso is griefing me any OP's on' which leaves me to inform them of the 'bad news', which if you havent guessed is a 'no, im sorry, for now take some screenshot's and post them to opticraft.net'.yes i did withdraw my operator application before, but now i've realised the server REALLY needs some extra help to keep it Grief free
Why you should become an operator: In the many times that i have been a temp OP, i have had much experience dealing with all sort's of things; from promotions to griefers, all of which (In my opinion) i have been able to deal with successfully and efficiently. I've been helping other OP's out with griefers even when im just a builder. And the experience of being a temp OP really helps me to understand just how tough it can be to deal with 70+ on your own, but it's worse when theres no one to even deal with them.
Have you been temp-op before?: yes i think it's been about 8 times so far
Extra information: I am normally very active spending 3-4 hours on a day,
Also i am the SNCO(takes controll of the detatchment) of a army cadet hut in my town
