Locked and moved to Rejected. Not only has this not received any attention for quite a while, but this thread clearly fails to meet the required criteria or, more simply, fails to follow the given template.

Please try again when you have the information available and laid out by fashion of the City App Template (http://www.opticraft.net/index.php/topic,8392.0.html) (stated above)
