Projects and Creations / Ideas For A Town?

So. As the title says, I'm making a town. I only have the land, And I would like suggestions as to what theme it should be and what its name should be. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. The land is 150x150(In building phase). Donations Appreciated.

Donations needed:
*DIRTY DIRT!!!!!!
*General supplies for building(Wood, Stone, Cobble, Etc.)
*More to come when theme is chosen

Some possible names:
*Colbalt
*Cobalt
*Suggest some!(I'm clueless honestly)

       Unfortunately, I believe that my time with Opticraft has come to an end.  :'( Opticraft just does not appeal to me as it used to.  :( But I will attempt to log in at least a few times over the passing months to see my friends and see how the server is developing. It greatly saddens me to make this post, but thank you everyone for being great friends to me. Also, I would like to say, Its not just Opticraft losing my intrest, In general, It is Minecraft. I will always think of you guys and all the amazing players I was able to meet and I wish you all luck. If you must contact me, Message me through Forum and I will try to get back to you. Note: It may be a while before I get back to you or never at all. Goodbye guys!

There is no /home set there yet but we are currently looking for one.
         Donations needed:
Wool
Glass
Dirt Dirt Dirt and more Dirt
Grass
Wood
Leads
Gold/gold carrots/golden apples
         Thinks being bought:
Dirt/grass-    $5 a stack
Wood-          $150 a stack
Leads-          $3,000 a stack
These are just donations that you can make some money off of If you dont want to fully donate but wanna help out.
         Racetrack Positions:
Owner: andersad
Co-Owner:
Manager: ComputerGameLPer
Business manager: shortgeorge
Runner: mopar23
Builder:
Designer: Afro_Rick
Breeder: Afro_Rick, Mopar23
         Position's descriptions:
Owner: Builds, manages, buys, and helps the racetrack in general
Co-Owner: ^
Manager: Checks the racetrack for grief often and helps out if anyone needs help with the racetrack. Will be given a free forse after 2 weeks but it must stay at the racetrack.
Business Manager: Looks for breeds of horses that the racetrack doesnt have and that someone is selling. They will haggle the price as low as possible andreserve it for when the owner/co-owner an come and pay for it. They get $750 every successful transition. Gets a free horse after 4 successful transactions, but it must stay at the racetrack.
Runner: A very part-time job. Steps in after a now horse is payed for and transports it to the racetrack. If the trip is succsessful, they will be payed $2,000. If the horse dies, you owe the owner/co-owner the exact amount that the horse was bought for. Must have atleast $10k at all times just in case you have an unseccessfull run.
Builder: Helps build the shop(s), racetrack itself, stables, and more. Is payed depending on how much work is done.
Designer: Helps design the shop, racetrack, stables, and more. Is payed upon how good the design is. And for effective. Must show atleast 2 good designs on Opticraft that were designed by YOU, not another player.
Breeder: Breeds horses with golden carrots/apples... Will add more money rewards later on when more organized... but a Free horse after 6 successful Breedings.

       I think it would be cool if we could see all the countries that our players are in. So if your country isnt up tere. DO NOT vote, but post here and it will be added, then you can vote later on. We should post what country we are in here too if we want people to get to know us a little more.   :D   Thanks! I personally, am In the United States.

         Im making a racetrack in Memberworld and am always looking for new breeds of horses to introduce to it. So if you sell horses in memberwprld, hit me up and we may be able to arrange something if I want that type. Note, I may already have your type and not want it( Dont be offended!  >:(). Projects and Creations / Iron farm or Enderman farm?

         Ok, so I have decided that I wanna build either an enderman farm or an iron farm(27 cell). I'm kinda leaning towards enderman... but I wanted to ask the community which one I should do. I would like some feedback like which one is easier and which one is cheaper and which one takes the least time.
