Thanks guys. I have been a member for about a month, and have a claim in the city of Stettin. I am also good friends with tabooti, and haveI helped him with various things concerning the server. My next project I hope to make is a 19th century star fort. It will be sweet (if i can find space).

Bonjour, mes amis!

I'm not actually French, I just like speaking in it. I actually joined Opticraft about a month ago, though I haven't been on too much due to school (and other things).

Those other things are very cool. If any of you have seen the recent thread in the Off Topic board about a new DLC for a game called Mount and Blade: Warband ( http://www.opticraft.net/index.php/topic,8958.0.html ), that is what has been taking so much of my time. It is an amazing game, and because the whole community is organized into regiments (like you are organized into cities) I am in and have been in a regiment for the DLC's predecessor, Mount and Musket Battalion, for over a year. They are called the Marins de la Garde Impériale, and we are a US based regiment that was created to have a relaxed, fun (and excessively weird) experience in MM, and now NW. If you have ever played Napoleon: Total War you will know them as "Guard Seamen". We are very elite, and I am proud to be a sergeant in its ranks.

Anyway, I'm happy to be here in Opticraft. Can't wait to build some awesome shit.  ;D

That's just the beginning. You can have wheat or flowers stuck in your mouth, pipes, earrings, and a huge variety of awesome BEARDS.

This DLC is truly worth the cost. Anyone who sees this thread can become one of the many new members to the NW community; you won't be disappointed. Mainly because the whole lure to the game is the fact that most of the community is organized into regiments that fight huge battles (250 people) and against one another in intense 1v1 matches. For example, here is the link to my regiment (Le Bataillon des Marins de la Garde Impériale) page on the NW forums: http://forums.taleworlds.com/index.php/topic,222903.0.htmlurl This is one of many, many recognized and active regiments in the community. To gain the full experience of the DLC, I highly recommend joining a regiment, as that is your ticket into the huge community events.

Hey I know I haven't been active for a while, but I am a member and I can't get into the new city at "/home tabooti". If you could allow me access, I would appreciate it.

It's not that we necssarily need more people; we just need more people to show us that they are active and willing to communicate and be involved.

To all citizens of Stettin: because of the cow breeding operation I have started recently, I have began making light armor. If any of you would like to have a piece or a full set tell me in or off the server and I'll be happy to trade.

EDIT: And tabooti, you should get on steam more often; I might want to talk to you about some things.

Yeah, this is for anything related to the regi--eeh city, just like one of those taleworlds threads.

Lol it looks like you're still not out of that phase yet.  :D

Just a question, is this thread for things other than applications? This would be a great tool to use to work out problems, discuss, report on griefings and the like, etc.

For example, I recently noticed that the portcullis at the front gate is damaged (possibly griefed).

Sure thing. Have a good break.

EDIT: Oh and it would be helpful if you could post on the forum when you get back, or even from time to time, just so we know that you're alive.   ;)

OK thanks. But if the city needs bread or anything (my beef production will hopefully be active soon) just let me know.

Tabooti or Zezenov, I know that the current tax payment is in stone, but as of late my recently created farm has been extremely productive, and since I have need of my stone for the tower I am building (I'm sure you can all see it ;) ) I was wondering if I could have my tax payment changed to, say, 20 bread per week, for the time being? I know it would be as helpful as stone, as food around the castle is becoming rather scarce. Of course, if you want to keep my tax on stone, I would be happy to oblige.
