What would be the practical use of this construction: It would be a Fuel type area were the Power plant could get its Fuels From
What would be the Role play use of this construction? To Get Fuel
Do you require the government's aid in constructing this structure? (If so, provide why you cannot build this on your own) I may need a little help considering the fact the Oil Rig would be in the Middle Of the Ocean and may need some funding
How long will this construction take till it's 100% completed 3 Days to 1 Week Depending on my Online time.

Pictures of where you plan to make these projects will help in the decision of whether you can proceed or not. If we don't know where you want to build, who knows? You might build in places already reserved for other projects.

It also give the person who buys a way to do something for a large amount of time, as if you are paying periodically for your land that means you have to find a job. If you have a job, you're never bored, and you receive a sense of satisfaction from the knowledge that you are helping your community.

Now I really don't know how server plugins work, so I have no idea whether this is a good idea or a bad one. I'm just throwing this out there.
Maybe fences could be modified so that when you make a complete rectangular shape with fences, all the animals inside that perimeter would be protected. It would kinda be like a mini protection zone, but for mobs.

How sweet of you.  I was wondering if anyone would be interested in a melon/pumpkin farm. I usually use melon slices to fill my hunger bar, and I'm starting to run low on them. If this gets enough support, I will start saving up for it!
I think I know of a good place. If it isn't already claimed, and if Hasan and Zeze agree, then this spot would be a good location.

The people that applied for visitor's visa, still haven't arrived, nor payed their fees. But anyways all those people on diplomatic visas are supposed to be there. per diplomatic negotiations with their city.
*Sigh* So irresponsible of them to keep us waiting.
