Title: New lottery?

I don't know if this is possible but since people are buying like 1000 tickets in the lottery now what if the server had another lottery "a poor man lottery" to where u can only buy so many tickets so the lower class has a chance. This may not be possible and it may be confusing if not done right but I think it would be pretty cool anyone else?

I don't see this happening. One lottery is enough if you ask me. Just earn your money the old fashiond way and then you can join in on the full lottery if you want.
