I was wrongfuly banned because a moderator thought i was useing an ex-ray mod but i didnt i just dig down sometimes and get lucky. i understand my ban is almost over but i didnt deserve this. 

Did you break any of the rules? No
Did you grief another players work? No
Did you swear excessively? No
Did you upset an operator or cause general disrespect to other members/ players on the server? No
Did you draw hateful symbols or say hateful remarks? No

Yes, you were banned by Persianskitty for using a x-ray mod.

Your ban is over on the 18th, and it is your second ban so please be careful as then next time you get banned, which i hope you don't,it might be a lot longer.

You can wait for him to respond to this.

I have re-examined your mining patterns and I'm still quite convinced that you are using an x-ray mod.

Your ban will be over with in 3 days, wait it out.

i swear to God i dont use it. Logan5353 is my class mate in real life and can verify. i didnt even know there were "mods" and WTF is a ex-ray mod have to do with mining. im sorry i mine wierd to u and u shouldnt ban people for what u dont know is ablosltly true.

Admirirng calm down but I do believe he is innocent. I have seen his minecraft.jar file and it has no mods. I explained to him what a x-ray mod is today.
