You were banned permanently in this case as it was your final warning; however, as is the way with opticraft permanent never means permanent. Therefore, I was at the time willing to offer you a second chance provided that you gave a good reason for your pardon - I made it clear at the time that you would not be unbanned until such a reason had been provided, and thus it lasted 5 months. Thank you for writing a cordial appeal, and as a result I will unban you.
Your actions at the time were immature, however it is unnecessary to discuss them further at this time, as it was so long ago. Please be warned however that if you slip up again you will be banned permanently again with no chance of appeal (!). Happy gaming, and welcome back to the server.

Hi
When someone gets banned by the server it means that they griefed a 'honey pot trap' whereby an area of desirable materials / a griefable build is protected. If you grief it - you get banned. Whether it was intentional or not, I'm afraid we cannot unban you as it is a console ban. It is only a week, but I'm afraid you'll have to sit it out. In future don't grief anything ever, as not only is it against the rules, but also we don't have to be watching to have you banned! Grief is ugly and pointless, so please avoid it.

You were banned in August 2012 by 2crzy4uall for bad language, and it was made permanent because of the number of bans you had already had (3). Since you have only been banned 4 times (usually the maximum is 5, but this varies) and it was 5 years ago I have unbanned you. Please read the /rules when you return, as it is likely they have changed. Keep your nose clean, and all those at Opticraft will happily welcome you back!

You were banned by 2crzy4uall, however he is no longer staff on the server. Therefore I will handle this ban. You've been banned 6 times over the course of only 1 year. This is an excessive number and usually would warrant no chance of appeal; however due to the severity of each ban and how long ago it was I am willing to give you a final chance. Don't make me regret my decision, a single move out of line in any way will result in an instant, unappealable and permanent ban. I recommend that you use /rules as soon as you join the server as they may have changed since you were last on. Don't be too surprised about how quiet the server is, I recommend you use the new member world (/warp memberworld) as this one has the most space.

Salsainabowl is no longer staff, so I shall handle this ban. You have been banned 4 times for griefing all of which have been significant; however as the last of these was 4 years ago I have unbanned you on a "last chance" basis. Please read the /rules as soon as you get on as many things have changed about the server in that time. If you slip up again, you will not be eligible for appeal.

Firstly, your ban was made permanent not just because of the number of your bans, but also their nature - you've already been banned twice for racism and harassing players. Disregarding your other two bans for grief, it was quite right of me to take this situation very seriously due to it's nature. The fact you got into this situation is the problem, not that it was resolved (Which it apparently wasn't). I judged the severity of your ban purely on your own actions, and not on those who were around you or encouraged you - I am aware that other players were being disruptive at the time. I have talked with Lando_v and he was not pleased with this 'altercation', and actually mentioned it to me the next day. Length of conversation does not make a difference; just to clarify, the conversation you had lasted [sporadically] from 10.36pm until 2.23am the following morning.
I see no reason to unban you, or shorten the length of the ban. Feel free to try and provide one.
