Antigrief Spam Bug

As you may already noticed, sometimes antigrief glitches and repeats itself like in this screenshot:

I know it is hard to find glitches and fix them but i will be glad if you can fix this one because it affects the ingame chat.

it continued like this but i dont have any more screenshots.

I've seen this happen once before and it was due to the individual using a "hacked client".  In THAT case we just manually banned them and it stopped.  Can't speak in this case, but it might explain it.
