What is the best way to charge for a house?

I think you should have a flat rate but increase the price depending on the equiptment in the houses (etc...Is a un searched mine located in the house? or Does the house have an enchanting table?) and if they have extra items you increase the rent...Hope this helped! ;)

I have made a fully protected 4-jungle tree, with 4 homes on it.
I sold the 2 for 20k each.
The one is on rent and one left since the person who was on rent, left to build new home.
