What would be the practical use of this construction? Having a nice, clean modern office building.
What would be the Role play use of this construction? Liek Co's office structure. 8)
Do you require the government's aid in constructing this structure? (If so, provide why you cannot build this on your own) nope
How long will this construction take till it's 100% completed? It should take a week or less.

Looks awesome, but I don't think the building would fit in that lot you selected.
I found this location for it however though, so it will now fit perfectly.
