If you're no longer in another city, please tell us why. The town is now a ghost town. And the currunt owner is working on something different. The city is griefed where griefers can grief. My old home is still there.
Why do you want to become a citizen of Stuttgart? I seek a new city where I can see people if I am walking in the town and where the owner works hard on the city.
