Why do you want to become a citizen of Stuttgart?
I dunno what stuttgart means, but I like the people who live the cities of stuttgart. I passed by one, and I have met a lot of friends in just entering the town. Seems like a great place to live too, and the builds are great! I would really like to show what I can build too and help in any way I can in your city :)

It's actually lacking. When the intersections & roads are built, we'll have multiple blocks. We'll construct buildings in all the blocks and furnish them, to speed up the city protection process, After that we can continue building without stress of people intruding.
