Are you asking if we as a city are moving? Or what are you saying, the last time I checked Stuttgart is Not moving or going anywhere soon.(We are staying in the current world)

That's what I meant. Thanks for the quick reply! I was half hoping that we were going to move, and half hoping that we weren't. I was hoping we were going to move because of all the open land and the reduction in the need to remove gypsy shacks. I was hoping we weren't going to move because I didn't want us to have to rebuild all that stuff :P.
