Unforunately, animals/ mobs are not tracked on a log that blocks/ entities are logged on, so we have no way we can find out who did what to any mob/ animal.

okay... so the reason why you cant spawn animals is because. you dont know if they were there before? well i can ensure you that they were ask other mods they saw all my sheepies.
btw i dont really care who did it. i just would like the sheep back

This also means we can't replace any killed animals. If you find griefing (how they got in to your pen) then we can repair the griefing and ban those involved, but we still can't validate numbers or replace any missing animals. Sorry.
