Reason for banning?

So I tried to log on today, but it says, the ban hammer has spoken. I'm not sure if this is an error or not, but I haven't done anything wrong. If someone could give me some answers, that would be very kind. I'm sorry for whatever I did. I guess helping the community is a crime now?
