By the sounds of things, you didn't actually purchase the account legitimately, which is why you cannot recover it. This is your own problem im afraid - for all we know you were making use of an account which isn't yours - which is why you can no longer access or recover it.

Dealing with these kinds of things wastes too much of our time, and ultimately its not our problem.
