Click on the correct OS download.

Follow the Setup Wizard. Make sure to set it to Push To Talk.

Connect to the server ip: mumble.opticraft.net

i also need mumble once but now i know. download mumble setup from www.mumble.com and run it. Then you will have mumble somewhere. put mumble.opticraft.net in the mumble thingy and bam, you can mumble.
