Trusted+ world?

We have no plans of making a trusted world even in the far future, no need to argue about it.

You really don't want to separate the population too much.
If that happened there would be no more trusted users playing with everyone else.
And making an account on the forums only takes a quick minute, so members+ not really weed out a lot of griefers, but I support the idea.

I think if we added a trusted+ world, even more people would be bugging to have trusted. Also, a lot of people would get ticked that they cant have something that only chosen people can. I'm surprised they even deal with the water. A new world might be too much.

An option might be to allow users to "speed up the process", allowing them in the world, just not giving them trusted.
With this said, you could preform a check of some sort to make sure they are who they say they, or something similar.
I used to be on a black market forum site for Runescape (Like Sythe) where users could get verified, and they were considered more trusted afterwards. (I think they were called Gold Members.)
And, as people would be up the ass of those in charge to "get verified" you would, as the other website did, charge a fee of ~$5.
Stops mass begging, stops greifers (at least one would think), and it benefits the owner/the server, depending on how the money is used. (You could possibly have a couple of people who can complete the verification process for users, and they would get, say, $1.50 for each verification they do. Just have to make sure you trust those people.)
For those who can't afford the $5, they can wait for the natural process of becoming trusted.
Don't know if it's really worth going to such an extreme for a Minecraft Server, but it's a thought.

The rule of not asking for trusted would then have to be enforced.
I can look at this change in both good and bad ways. It will make those who actually want to play the game with an honest community quite happy. It sucks that there has to be jerks in this world, and everyone else suffers because of them.
However, while it will benefit the honest players, it may be detrimental to the server as a whole.
