Look, I think you'd better clam down before posting. Stop using caps, stop using exclemation marks and stop using derogatory sentences towards the staff members - it will NOT get you anywhere. As it stands now I think a lot of people are pissed at you too.

Take a step away from your computer, chill and don't take your anger out on staff. Just wait, these things don't happen instantly.
