Water and Lava Problem

As Xeadin said earlier, water destroys redstone, mine cart rails, torches, can drown people, etc. Trusted+ with water is how it works. And lava for members/guest, well, that Is insanity.

Couldn't have said it better myself oreo. The amount of damage, griefing incidents, and stolen good will, as Viper said, go up a minimum of 100%. You see, Trusted members are barely allowed water, and certainly not lava.


You said trusted and member. I think you meant to say just trusted. Again, as viper said, some trusted have water grieved. Imagine of they had grieved with lava...

In addition, the biggest problem with Lava is it doesn't "vanish" properly when you remove the source block.  How many of you have placed a single source block of lava, it didn't flow properly, and when you removed that source block the lava just sat there and didn't go away like water does?  No, even giving Trusted that power is a HUGE danger.

Also, lava is VERY hard to get rid of, as it does not, unlike water, require the source block to vanish. It will stay there. Take in mind lava kills people.
