Protection of one of the few NPC villiages with living NPC's

Number of active residents: 3+ and also 13 Testificates +(VERY LAST ONES!)

Number of completed, decorated and furnished buildings: 17+

What state is the project in, and what are your plans for its future, if any: It is completed and also the last one ever so since it is a preserve so it may have a wall around it possibly.

Why should we grant this city protection? Because this final npc village needs to be preserved and the endangered testificates need to live on! it i one of the non-greifed places which will mean something.

Also the fun of a real city is real villagers and also players( who dont kill) will be very good for the city and expansion will be great thank you

Well, That is not the last npc village. There is still lots of un-rendered land. and there is a fresh village by my home. (No Access.)
