Nothing against mg, but in my eyes no one in child age should take such a great responsibility.
If this countinues, then the most ops will be childs acting like grownups..
In my opinion there should just be 18+ ops 'cause the most (not all)
handle this things better than kids.
Still nothing against frake but let kids being op is just wrong.
Oh and if ure wondering how old i am:
I am 20.

The "kids" you are referring to are the people who are crucial to the running of this server and one of the main reasons it's such a popular and successful server.
You'd be surprised at how young people can step into roles of responsibility and excel in them.
The longest serving admin we've had is currently 17.

Nothing wrong as long as he is able to hold up the responsibility.
If he wasn't prepared, he wouldn't apply.
If he is unable to cope, he can ask for a demotion.
If he doesn't do his job well, he'll be rejected.
So many options, I don't see a problem.
Also, we have Operators as young as 13. And they're doing fine.
