What the heck! i log in and it says im banned

So I got called over because a player fell into your trap

Just outside spawn there's a little shack with "mining" above the door, as you walk in then down the mine there's another sign that says something like mining in 14 blocks. a couple of blocks later you step on a pressure plate which opens up a big hole infront of you that you fall in. I also checked the rest of the tunnel, turns out there isn't even a mine there.

I filled this in and banned you.

PS if why didnt u make i sign that says that it is a trap and warn me i might be banned if i dont remove it
