ban apeal for my frend

hi im taz1999 my frend evan26123 was band. i snooped arownd and fownd out some one had haked his acount and went on your server and started to grief peoples propaty. on be half of him he is very sory for the damage that the haker did and hill change his password evry weak to prevent it hapaning again. plz unban him. he loves your server and cunplains to me all the time to do stuf for him on it whiel hes band so plz un ban him to get him off my back :-[. i await your replie (im not a good speller by the way)

The his "account was hacked" is a commen excuse, youll need more proof than " i snooped around"
