Maybe with the multiple homes that is a donation that I would like to take, I will make a medium p.s. property on the new world.
But, my home is so huge, with everything I need, and there is a lot of room to mine, still.
I have 1 free home, in my area. Pass by my home, take a look, and pm me for info.

This two world thing is confusing so I will ask some questions if you dont mind. The two worlds are going to be two different servers, right?(I mean two different computers) if so, lag will be less which is good but if there will be two servers then we have to log out and then log in to change the server. Also we won't be able to chat with people from different worlds. And finaly, if there will be two servers, then it's impossible to share your inventory in both of the worlds.
I'm really excited for the new world coming and I personnaly think that it will be fair for both players who joined to the server recently and who joined the server earlier.
Btw what is the point for expanding the current world if we are going to change our world?
Will the borders of the new world be bigger or smaller from the current world?

I dont know to answer all the questions you asked, but from what I know, you will be able to transfer the inventory.
So, probably ti will be with gates or something like that..
