Can I become a moderator

What should you do to become a moderator? Can you even become one if you got banned?

Technically, the term is "moderator"

lLLEGAL:
You have to be trusted before trying to make a moderator application on the forums.
Get trusted first.
And yes, you may be able to get mod even if you've been banned.
