Guy left during trade

So I buying music discs in the trade channel when this guy FNVcourierjon told me he had a few discs
I was going to buy the chirp disc off of him, when i paid him something happened and he went offline
I doubt he did it on purpose because he was trusted, but I just hope he can read this so we can sort this out.
