Unable to connect to OptiCraft

Hey there!

I was about to go on OptiCraft with my friends a few minutes ago. He reported an error, so I decided to check for myself. I couldn't connect to OptiCraft either, so could someone please tell me what is happening? ???

yea there was a lot of lag and restarts for a while. I think the server was running at 32 tick when it was supposed to be at 20.
