i was recently autobanned for grief detection when i was trying to get out of a trap and my name is maman5656 banned on smp server plz help me

Mind telling me WHY you didn't use the /spawn or /home commands to get out of the grieftrap? (Those are REALLY simple commands to know, first of all) You could have used those instead of griefing your way out.

I'm not even sure what to say right now...

i wasnt thinking i was looking for new unmined land went into there tryed to get out by digging out the block then replacing it with the same block that i took

Considering it's your first time and you seem sincere enough, I will let this slide... for now. The next time, you might not be so lucky, so make sure and do NOT take anything that doesn't belong to you (the grieftraps are no exception).
