Actually, I think people should start on default in /ch global , because once I got on I had no idea why I wasn't talking until deekay told me.

LOL we were talking about chat but nevermind ;D ...i will probably go to new one if will have less griefers there,and when i finish city here :)

I have one suggestion, don't know if it has been said yet but anyway.
What if we are to do a buddy list, so that players can add their in-game friends and have a black-list for people they can't stand and don't like or they could just do the /ignore cmd. Example: /ch join friends (server) The following friends are in channel. Himynameisbob, hammy, bill....and so on. /addfriend (XpLoZzIv). /block (XpLoZzIv).
Or something similar to that.
