Blocked view and too close

Since i started playing on this server i was respecting rules,when i started making city i watched not to get too close to any of my neighbours with my project.I spend days and days trying to finish it,even have video about city and friends who help and to who i help back when i can.
Now most important thing i was paying attention was not to get to close to anybody and now i got this huge cube right above my city which blocked the view,sun,sky and it's way to close to my city tower i'm building and my melon farm/home on surface above my city.

Can anyone please help me,i dont know what i will do now,my city has loose it's point and my small farm is on the edge of enormous cobblestone wall.Can someone make them remove that object or move it little further away from my place or i just take ps stones and try to find another location. :-\ . My city is at /home _Obi_Wan_ and my farm is above that spawn location.

P.S:This building wasnt yesterday there and today when i came from work it was  :(

Im very sorry but the only way that this can be fixed is by you talking to joe (i believe that he may be banned) about moving his town.
If he is banned permenantly, then we can talk about moving it.

Looks like he was banned but pardoned yesterday, Don't abandon this project

Thanks guys,i will try to talk to him or ones with him who build it.They dont need to destroy it whole just to move little from my place and maybe expand it sideways.I just want free view on the sky from within Hydropolis,and if their city can be seen it's ok aslong it's not right above....this way it looks like alien invasion with huge mothership hovering my city  ;D

Thanks again bantam2 for quick reply and 2crzy4uall i will not abandon project unless there is no other way and if that comes city will remain i will just sold it for price of ps stones so i can make another one in some very isolated place.was thinking of taking ps with me but there is over 30 ps in city and above (i counted them but forgot exact number)  so best is to sell place with ps :-)
