Error: Cant see other people!

Sometimes, a glitch happens and i cant see other people. When i log off and then log in, i understand that there was a guy in front of me. Is this normal? Can you help me please? Thanks :)

I'm pretty sure it's a glitch with minecraft, it happends to everybody at somepoint, so I would just suggest keep logging off and back in if you think someones there ;p, because that will make the appear.
