Forums Revamp

I think we need to have a forum revamp.

The way we could do this is to set a person to have admin over the forums, and they could be in charge of the forums. This means optical wouldn't have to worry about it.

Here are some of the features I suggest:

SPOILERS! (please please please)
Redoing the sections to include a city section seperate from the projects/creations.
Add likes
Make ban appeals seperate from support (not a child)
Add thanks
Fix the tags. It's annoying if they're out of order the tags dont work (it has to be location, size, color)

That's all I could think of in five minutes.

If I come across rude about anything, I'm sorry, I didn't mean to :)

1. I agree spoiler tags would be nice.
2. Not really a big problem since user created cities are projects
3.Just No, imo this is a dumb addition and serves no purpose.
4.Could work but we want to keep the number of sections down so the forums doesnt look crowded

I think city/mod apps could use separate sections but I guess they are fine.
