Building in clearly marked zone.

I have spent the last week flattening out a very large area to build a city in and when i logged on today i saw that someone had built a house in the area. My area has a dirt ring around the edge of the clearing and it is easily view able from the Live Map. Do i have the right to request an op to remove it? If an op sees this and will remove the building please contact me ingame. Thanks for your help.

Try contacting the player who built the home first, maybe he is willing to move out.
