Enderpolis-- city application

I got in to enderpolis by typing /home LLLEGAL. One of the doors was open, so I derped around the city. Now I want to be a resident of this wonderful city, even though I have one of my own.

the city is large its impossible to protect everything, and it is a hassle to add every citizen to every ps

Edit: Doom you should also add me, DJ, and lLLEGAL to the zone owners because what if we add a new citizen and we can't allow them in the city... :P
