Ps stone rule for rare biome's

We all know that mushroom biome's are rare(The default code of change this biome will spawn is 7%)But if i look on the live map a guy covered an entire biome to its self with ps stone's http://smp.opticraft.net/map/#/3862/64/526/-2/0/0 so there is only one left to build on.If it can i would to make rules for it on this type of biome to only place ps stone's in your house and not own it like this one.I hope the staff can understand the ression.

I have gone to Clawstrider's home. He bought 4-5 or more protection stones and the purpose is to get a whole island for their own.
I believe they should stop. IF they want a biom, to create a custom. This is what I have done and I do.
I dont place 10 diam. stones in a forest to avoid griefing.
Griefing exists everywhere. If someone is self concious will not destroy the bioms. He will take a tree down, will replace with 4 salpings and will have a profit of 6-10 salpings.

Custom biomes can't be made into an ocelot and safari park ^^ It will be open to the public once I have the funds to buy 35 diamond ps.

I don't believe that using ps stones to cover the beginning of a large project was against the rules, also I'm mining there, also my wife wanted it lol. Besides thats been there since the first expansion, I haven't heard a complaint about this, and thats about 100 ps stones. Trust me look at the other mushroom islands, theyre all bigger, just go claim the land before someone else does :D
