Again, not sure what you mean. But we tend to constantly create creative things, not just buildings.

It's a secret. But let's just say we make due.

thedude114: I do not wish to Woodhall to Ragnarök. And if you could inform Space_Demon and Funkysnowleapord that Woodhall is no more that would be nice. They are the only ones that have built so far. But it seems that they are living in another city too. I will try to talk to them too because eventually the city may need to expand that way because we are so close to the border.
NateN: As far as I am aware it is not required to be on that list, so as of right now we would like to lie low and wait till we grow a wee bit.

No problem. Feel free to cut down the fence and expand the borders of the province. As long as you reclose it when you're done
