Well it is not that amazing thing but i can build the statues of the mobs(creepers/zombies) in the exact sizes of their textures for the city. I think im good at making these and i think it will be nice for your city. Look for an example at:

How much land do you think you will need? Not quiet sure, 40x40 maybe?(Maybe too big)(I think i can use some free space but doesnt matter if you give me 25x25)
