hello i was banned for 7 days by an auto grief trap nd now everything i built the  prior two days has disapeared :( i was just wonderin if it was permanent?

I would be more than happy to help, but when i look for thecoon's bans it says they do not have any. Do you play under a different name or is there something rather then a ban your needing help with.

This Shows that you griefed a Grief trap, also it shows you that it expires on the 10th. If you are unable to get on then, please tell me and I'll sort it out. As for now, please wait till the 7 days is over.

Also I am wondering how you know that

this had happened to you. I do know a friend found this out rather then you been using a second account.
