Issue connecting to the server

Hi, I'm posting on behalf of my brother & his friends.

Imortaly & mattin111. Whenever they try to connect to the server is says 'the ban hammer has spoken'

So I got on the server and checked for them, but there were no bans on history(Except for mattin111). so... yeah.
