Job board/job centre

So on chat lots of people always ask for jobs or look to hire people, e.g. I need a job anyone? / Anyone looking for a job?
and although that is ok I was thinking a job board near spawn or market, where people could use a sign and just write something like "Need melon farmer pay 50 a day contact: LOLAGENYANZ" and people can message them. It is not really needed but I think it would be cool and efficient, (I know Im always looking for employees) and you can even have sections, e.g. Miners, farmers.. etc. So your skill would be in one place instead of looking everywhere. Thanks for reading !! :P

Good idea, i like it! But the thing is, then everyone would have permission to place/destroy blocks at the spawn...

Perhaps we could buy monthly "permits" to advertise...or something...

Im confused on the subject of jobs, as in what can u hire people to do?? i know some use this to profit from melons when not online and to collect cobble but is there more?? and how would the employer benefit from hiring instead of doing it himself (Aside from the melons i understand that job).

A lot of the jobs there are are just gathering materials and such for store owners who have to be behind the counter.
