(Leadership issue in skyrim city)

I applied for city protection: but because many people still live in Skyrim, there's not a need for that.
Sure, if troddenostrich is up for it, do it :D

Your application got denied because you couldn't decide on who's leading skyrim. Anyways if trodan is okay with it, he should just post the city app.

I mean all it is, is he'd just be there adding people to be allowed to build in the city. also you need to get a list of all the people that live in skyrim. and add them to the permissions thingy.
